The project consists of distinguished architectural seven floors building with a total area of (19650 m2), including teaching staff offices, teaching rooms, theatres, scientific labs, and restaurant, in addition to the rest places and fountains. All the above were complete with all the services including the following electromechanical systems:
1- Lighting and external lighting systems.
2- Telecommunication Systems.
3- HVAC System.
4- Ups system.
5- Plumbing; cold and hot water systems, sewers.
6- Fire Fighting and alarm systems.
