• An uneducated refugee from Palestine, Mr. Hussein Atieh worked as carpenter fixing refugee camps, which made it possible for him to have a grasp on the true struggle of living under the pressure and providing for his family from such a year age. His never end and relentless effort to grow which helped in holding strongly to his vision to survive oppression and to start his own construction firm.

  •  Empowered by his seven sons, Hussein Atieh Engineering company (HAE) started taking on construction projects as a class 3 contractor. His background summarized in years of hands-on experience, empowered by his addiction to succeed, enabled him to build the basis of a successful engineering construction firm.

  • HAE was able to construct more than 50% of all over passes, bridges and under-passes in Jordan. Additionally, HAE was able to enter and establish a solid footprint in the field of sewage networks in Jordan. Which made them a go to firm, for sophisticated yet time demanding projects.

  • HAE was classified as a General Contractor and became a key player in Wastewater Networks and Wastewater Treatment works addressing delivering complected projects on the turnkey basis.

  • HAE further strengthened their leading position in the Jordan market by adding to their diverse portfolio more than three plats which included: Rock Fabrication plants, Steel fabrication Plants and formwork Fabrication facility.

  • HAE grew its workforce to encompass more than 3,000 permanents and part-time professionals. Coupled with a number of new branches, as well as multiple franchises with global manufacturers in the fields of Water and Wastewater management.

  • Despite the passing of the late Mr. Hussein Atieh, HAE’s vision and long-term objectives remain as alive as they have been 65 years ago since HAE was first created. In its endeavor to continuously develop, grow and expand regionally, HAE ventured into opening branches in Palestine, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
