The project consists of the construction of a main building with total area of 3000 m2 that includes four operation rooms, X-Ray room, Doctors rooms, nurse rooms, pharmacy and patient rooms. The above building was complete with all the services including the following electromechanical systems:

1- Lighting and external lighting systems.

2- Telecommunication systems.

3- HVAC Systems.

4- Plumbing; cold and hot water systems.

5- Fire Fighting and alarm systems.

6- Generator plant.

7- Steam Plant.

8- Medical Gases.
