The project comprise the construction of a 400 bed Hospital, designed to be expandable to 600 Beds with a total built-up area of 60,000 m2 and includes the following main elements:

Hospital Main Building:

Consist of 10 floors with total built up are of 56,000 m2, Building facades are cladded with first quality Jordanian Maa’an Stone with curtain walls and curved strips of aluminum windows with first quality internal finishing. Mechanical Scope includes the supply, installation and commissioning of Heating System including Central Boilers, Air Conditioning & Ventilation System, Steam System, Medical Gases System, Dialysis Equipment, Water Treatment Plant, Central Kitchen Equipment, Laundry Equipment, Mortuary Equipment, Body Store, Hot &Cold Water System, Drainage Sanitary, Fire Fighting System, Chlorination System, and BMS.

Electrical Works include supply installation and commissioning of Bus Way Power Feeding System, Main Distribution Panels and Motor Control Center, Bed Head Units, General Lighting for Operation Theaters, Lighting System, Power system, Telephone System induding PABX, Addressable Fire Alam System, Nurse Call system, Public Address System, Central Clock system, Elevators, Diesel Generators with Synchronization Panel, Central Antenna System, and UPS.

Nurses Accommodation Building:

Total area of 3500 m2 adjacent to Hospital Main Building. External works: About 40,000 m2 area indudes Helipad, Asphalted Internal streets, yards, underpass, Car Parks, architectural Entrance / Exit Guard House, shaded areas, hard and soft landscaping with a fence along all the plot boundary. Mosque Building: donation from Hussein Atieh and Sons Company.
