The works cover the execution, completion, handing over and maintenance of the Arab Bank “Central.
Operation Unit” Building Project. In accordance with specifications, drawings and other Contract Documents.
The Building Project is constructed on two adjacent land lots with a total area of an approximately 13000 m2. the overall built up area of the Building Project is approximately 19000 m2, divided into two buildings, main building and a car park and service center building. The buildings are connected through an underground tunnel.

The main building consist of four (4) basement floors, ground floor and first floor, with a total surface area of approximately 17000 m2.
