The project is a mixed use development project located on the Dead Sea in Jordan. The project is divided into the following different areas:

• Rift Site Townhomes: 143 No. Townhomes with approximate area of 18,750m2• The works included the site entrance, roads, external works, and all electromechanical works (Only 18 Townhomes with approximate area of 2,543m2 were completed).

• Retail Mall, refurbishment and conversion of the existing Samarah Dead Sea Sales Centre with an approximate area of 5,925m2 in addition to executing external new build retail precinct pedestrian walkways and car parking (Completed)

• Model Villas: comprising of 6 No Villas with an approximate total area of 1,292m2 along with all associated external works, soft and hard landscaping and all external services (Deleted from the scope of works).

• New Pool Facility with associated external works, soft and hard landscaping and all external services hard landscaping and its all external services (Completed)

• Sewage Treatment, The works included design, build and operational maintenance of the Sewage Treatment Plant (Deleted from the scope of work)
