The Samarah Dead Sea Project is a mixed use development located on the Dead Sea in Jordan.

The project includes carrying out and completion of the construction of main contract work of building 117 high end residential apartments distributed over 3 numbers of multi-story apartment buildings (Buildings D, E and F) together with associated infrastructure, external works, and services, hard and soft landscaping.

The three multi story buildings and associated works conform to the highest standards of engineering, performance and construction.

Building D: 7,137.31 m2

-Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting System.
-Indoor & Outdoor Lighting System.
-Electric Power Sockets.
-Low Current System (TV, Tel, Intercom).

Building E: 5,702.71 m2  / Building F: 6,163.50 m2 

Work Quantities:
- Excavation: 190,000 m3
- Embankment: 45,000 m3
- HDPE Pipes:
• 25 m long HDPE pipes with diameter of125 mm
• 200 m long HDPE pipes with diameter of 90 mm
• 150 m long HDPE pipes with diameter of 63 mm
• 100 m long HDPE pipes with diameter of 32 mm
