The works covered under Zone R1 (Part 1) in Saraya Aqaba include the complete construction interior fitting-out and MEP works for 46 duplexes i.e. buildings (1,2,3,4,5, Part of 6(GT11 & TT11),17,18,19,20,21,22), all works in basement, roofs in all buildings, and façade works of the north part for buildings 1 through 10 in addition to the remaining external works, landscape works and private gardens.
