The project comprises the construction of Infrastructure and Landscaping of general location of German Jordan University, the project consist the following:

1- Construction of two Car Park Buildings with total area 9,755 m2

2- Constructed of aprons with area 30000m2 consist the cutting, filling, Granular sub-base coarse layer, Crushed aggregate base coarse layer and Binder & Wearing coarse layer.

3- Constructed of first stage rods with longs 8km consist cutting work, filling work, Granular subbase coarse layer work, Crushed aggregate base coarse layer work and Binder & Wearing coarse layer work.

4- Construction of Wastewater Treatments Plant with total area 700 m2

5- Construction of Wastewater UPVC network Collection lines sizes ranging from 160mm diameter up to 613mm with total Length 5,550 m .

6- Construction of Water Distribution Network.

7- Construction of Fire Protection System network including fire protection pump station.

8- Construction of LP Gas system network including underground 24000 L Tank.

9- Construction of Irrigation Network.

10- Construction of Electrical Power Network including Standby Generators.

11- Construction of Communication Network.

12- Construction of JEBCO transformers 6 Buildings with total area 940 m2
