This project is one of the attempts of WAJ towards raising the efficiency, reducing the unaccounted for water and saving the water sources for three areas in Greater Amman. The project consists of a system of two pump stations (one main is 6.6 KV (7 pumps)) and three 4000 m3 reservoirs connected by pipelines, diameters range from DN 300 to DN 700. The operation of pump stations and reservoirs is controlled by Telemetry & SCADA system. Chlorine Gas Dosing Systems with all accessories were installed at each pump station and reservoir. The contract also includes the construction of Power Transforming Station at the main pump station.
